Gillaspie Manufacturing was founded in 1982 by David C. Gillaspie. We have been in our current location since 1993. After experiencing tremendous growth, we expanded into an adjacent building in 2002. We began offering Precision Thin Sheet Metal services and 3-Axis CNC Machining in 2004. Most of our growth has been from referrals and our excellent reputation for designing and building quality stamping tools. We take pride in making quality parts, delivered on time, and at a competitive price. We listen to our customers and are flexible when changes need to be made.

Gillaspie Manufacturing Inc. has the quality disciplines in place to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction from quote to delivery, including inprocess production inspection.
Our Quality Manual forms the basis of the company’s Quality Management System. The Policy, Practices and Operating Procedures are established to maintain a consistent standard and guide line to prevent and/or detect any Non-Conformance.
The provisions of this manual are in accordance with (modeled on) Mil-I-45208A process standard and will apply to all contracts except prototypes. All prototypes will be treated on an “As Required” basis.
Typically our Tooling qualification process consists of 1 piece 100% all dimensions 1st Article Report, a 35 piece process capability study on 4 different “CTF dimensions” (Critical to Function). Our goal is a CPK value > 1.33, but typically a “Pass” value >1.00. Inprocess inspection measures all CTF dimensions on the set up 1st part off and then at a frequency of every 1000th part off.
